SHIPPING & RETURNS
We offer free shipping and returns in Australia on all orders over $50.00. Orders under $50.00 include a delivery fee of $15.95 and a return fee of $10.95. Please contact us to return you order item. For international deliveries all orders over $80.00 are free. Orders under $80.00 will include a fee of $25.00 on returns. Please contact us for international returns.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on all orders over $50.00 Australia wide. All orders under $50.00 will include a delivery fee of $15.95.
Orders are sent via Australia Post. For express post there is an additional $5.00 charge. Please contact us for the express shipping option.

ORDER TIME & TRACKING NUMBER
Orders will be dispatched the same day as payment is made. A tracking number will be emailed to you after your order has been shipped either local or world wide. Note: delays may occur in a week of a public holiday. We are not responsible for shipping delays regarding couriers delivery service issues that are out of our control. Orders shipped Australia wide take 5 -7 days to arrive once shipped. Express shipping orders are a good option, if you would like to receive your order in less than one week of the purchase date.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DELIVERIES
We ship worldwide via Australia Post. All international orders over $80.00 will be shipped free. All orders under $80.00 will include an extra delivery fee of $40.00.
EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
We ship worldwide express. Please contact us for this option.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SHIPPING
Please ensure you do provide a correct delivery address. The address must be open during business hours so to ensure the successful shipping of your order, if not your order will be returned to the local Australian Post depot, and you will receive a card with the info to pick up your order. We are not responsible for incorrect address details, so please make sure to give us your correct information.

TAXES AND DUTIES
Please note that taxes - duties, costs are fees that are not included in your purchase price on order. Such taxes and duties can be applied by customs or postal authorities in the country of delivery. All payments of taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the purchaser that has made a purchase from us.

DAMAGED GOODS
If you have received your order and it is damaged in any way, please contact us right away and we can arrange a return. All items are shipped from us in correct condition but sometimes items can be damaged and the store is unaware of this on point of shipment. If any item or part of a item is missing from your order please contact us so we can correct the issue.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If you have made an order and realise right away you want to cancel it, please make contact with us and we can work through the process with you. If we have a sudden shortage of stock of a item you have ordered, or we need to make any cancellation to your order, we will contact you by email as soon as possible to let you know of the changes to your order. There is normally no cancellation fees, but is certain situations we reserve the right to charge some fee in accordance the value of the order & the type of cancellations. If we cancel you order for any reason a discount can be offered in context to the value of your order.
